Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy

“dancing with our darkness for profound healing”

Here’s a breakdown of the process…

How it works, the first few sessions would be us preparing for the ketamine medicine work. Just regular therapy style. Can be in-person or zoom. Then when it feels right, I would refer you to Journey Clinical. You would have a medical intake session with their doctor and they would set you up with the correct dosing unique to you. The ketamine is shipped to you and then we do the medicine work together.

The pricing is similar to therapy ($250 45minutes) and the time varies with the different appointment lengths. The preparation appointments are typically about 45 minutes and the medicine appointments are about 3 hours. The first medicine session is the longest (about 3 hours) while we see how your body does with the medicine. After that we can adjust for time and consider doing future sessions at home if that feels right. After the first medicine session we can also consider doing group work. This is more affordable ($150 90minutes) and a beautiful way to be in community.  It’s really unique for each person.

Before the medicine sessions you have to be medically cleared and prescribed the medicine through Journey Clinical’s doctors. You can check it out here. This is an additional investment (around $275 it’s broken down on the webpage above) and they do provide superbills.

I don’t work with insurance but can provide a super bill if you have out of network coverage or you can use a health savings plan if that’s available.
